Mason is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the HAPevolve team’s tasks, projects, and overall business functions. The scope of her work extends from customer service, social media engagement and sales, and consulting assistance. Mason collaborates closely with the HAPevolve team to operationalize key processes and projects.
She joined HAPevolve after earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Emergency Health Services from The George Washington University. Prior to this, Mason worked in Workplace Health and Safety at Amazon.
Mason lives in Baltimore, Maryland, where she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors.
Janette Bisbee, MSN, RN-BC, CPXP, NHA

Janette has been a registered nurse for the past 32 years with extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles in the areas of long-term care, in-patient psychology, home health, and hospital quality of care. She has served as director of nursing for a central Pennsylvania continuing care retirement community (CCRC), spearheaded a movement away from the institutional model of providing care into a home-like, resident-centered environment, and managed a 60-bed memory care/Alzheimer’s unit. Prior to joining HAP, Janette was employed as an adjunct instructor at a local community college, responsible for the oversight of registered nursing students in the clinical setting.
She has been employed at HAP for 13+ years as a clinical education/project manager, working with hospitals to implement culture change aimed at improving the delivery of high quality, safe, patient-centric care. She is an experienced teacher and skilled at assessing individual facility needs, and then designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programming. She has worked to educate the hospital workforce on various topics, including hospital-acquired conditions, quality improvement, data analysis, health equity, and enhancing the patient experience of care.
Janette holds a Master of Science degree in nursing education, is a board-certified gerontology nurse, and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania. She is also a certified patient experience professional, marking her commitment to including the patient as the center of the health care team. She lives in Lancaster County and is happiest when spending time with her two children and four grandchildren.
