The Fire Safety Educational Escape Room (EER) is designed to be a fun, interactive, effective learning experience for long-term care community staff. EERs immerse participants in an engaging environment that focuses on teamwork and communication to solve a series of puzzles using core training concepts. The gamification of typical training objectives helps participants:

• Walk through actual “hands on” application of fire safety
• Employ swift and critical thinking in a fire emergency
• To effectively communicate, work together, and improve fire safety preparedness and response
   

When: LTC RISE will offer free EER sessions February 1 through June 30, 2025.

Where: The HAPevolve team will come to your community, set up, and facilitate the EER. We just need an unoccupied resident or model room to set the stage for the exercise.

Time Commitment: We can facilitate 30-minute EERs multiple times over a 6-hour period, with a maximum of 4-6 participants each session. Contact us for more details on scheduling.
