In this module, will take a closer look at the After-Action Report and Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) and provide you with AAR templates that can used, as well as break down the components of the template to give you a better understanding of each section. Also, we'll discuss how to conduct a post-exercise meeting and identify items for your improvement plan. Lastly, we'll touch on how to share lessons learned from your exercise with those in your facility.
