HAPevolve’s Resident Safety Educational Escape Room (EER) offers gamified training that engages staff in interactive, hands-on learning focused on resident safety. Teams of 4-6 solve timed puzzles to identify and mitigate safety hazards, promoting teamwork, critical thinking, and communication.

This immersive experience increases knowledge, boosts confidence, and improves problem solving skills. Designed specifically for employees working in the skilled nursing setting, it helps staff to think quickly while reinforcing safe resident care practices.

What?

Our EER training is a one-day session for up to 72 participants, offered in multiple 30-minute sessions with flexible scheduling. We come to your location and stage the exercise in a vacant or model room.

Teams will be challenged in a timed, scenario-based exercise where they must navigate a simulated resident safety emergency. Participants will solve puzzles, identify hazards, and practice emergency procedures, all while reinforcing best practices in resident safety.

When?

HAPevolve is now offering on-site room experiences tailored for long-term care facilities and other healthcare organizations. Flexible scheduling options are available to fit your organization’s needs.

Where?

The HAPevolve team will come to your community, set up the exercise in an unoccupied resident or model room and facilitate the EER.
