Why?

HAPevolve’s Educational Escape Room (EER): Skin Care in the Long-Term Care Setting offers gamified training that engages licensed and unlicensed nursing staff in interactive, hands-on learning focusing on care of frail, aging skin susceptible to injury and impacting quality of life and overall health. Teams of 4-6 solve timed puzzles to identify and mitigate safe skin care practices, promoting teamwork, critical thinking, and communication.

What?

Our EER training is a one-day session for up to 72 participants, offered in multiple 30-minute sessions with flexible scheduling. We come to your location and stage the exercise in a vacant or model room.

Teams will be challenged in a timed, scenario-based exercise where they must navigate a simulated skin care education. Participants will solve puzzles, identify hazards, and propose solutions, all while reinforcing best practices in skin care education.

When?

HAPevolve is now offering on-site room experiences tailored for long-term care facilities and other healthcare organizations. Flexible scheduling options are available to fit your organization’s needs.

Where?

The HAPevolve team will come to your community, set up the exercise in an unoccupied resident or model room and facilitate the EER.
